I was in the market for a new roof. When I connected with Sam from Gladius Solar the conversation become even more practical. Meaning I received a new roof and solar panels, etc. Install for the roof was a full day and the solar panels for almost another full day. Both construction install teams were courtesy and cleaned up after each install. Now my home is ready to more efficient and harvesting the power of solar. I highly recommend Sam for any your solar needs. His professionalism and focus to educate me throughout the process just made feel comfortable from start to finish on the process.

Solar Sam is seriously the best! We had so many questions as we considered whether solar was right for us or not. He was honest and didn’t just sell us solar, he made sure it would be a great investment first. Getting set up was nice and easy, the installation was flawless. Sam even came back out after install to explain tracking the production in the app, our tax rebate paperwork, and the SRECS. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering going solar! He cares so much he will be the one giving white glove service throughout your journey.

Sam Townsend was a pleasure to work with; knowledgeable about Solar Panels, history, and the industry overall. He also was aware of the changes coming about in VA regarding electric company, which I had no knowledge of! I admit, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but as he continued to explain the process and how much money I can save by installing Solar Panels vs my future Energy bill..he caught my attention. Sam spent a bit of time with me, assuring that I understood the process, installation, as well as the city inspection, and not to mention the endless messages, after his visit, which he answered promptly. One of the things I liked most about Sam was that he in no way pushed me to make a decision right away, he was honest, kind and respectful. He visited my house a couple of times before I decided to move forward. I've had the Solar Panels close to 2 months now, and am HAPPY with it. I can't say anything but wonderful things about sam and gladius solar. Sam came to my house after scheduling a consultation. Fron the beginning he was very polite and courteous. My first impression was memorable since he say that I have 2 pups and he immediately went back to his car to grab them treats. As we sat down sam explained everything about solar from a high level engineering aspect aswell as simple breakdown like a high school teacher. He was able to thoroughly answer all my questions and showed me that solar is hands down a good choice. Sam and gladius solar are a great company and so down to earth and highly recommend them even if you just want to be informed of the information.

The salesman was very thorough. He made sure I understood what I was purchasing and how it worked. After the system was installed, he returned to verify the system was working and to make sure I had no questions and understood how the billing and energy consumption worked. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Sam went above and beyond not only explaining all of the aspects of solar power, but also streamlined dealing with getting my roof replaced at the same time. He went out of his way to get this project completed prior to summer so I was able to reap the benefits. 6/5 would use Sam again.

I originally contacted Sam a year ago to inquire about having a solar panel system installed on my roof. At the time he determined it was not viable because I had a lot of trees that were casting a lot of shadows on my roof. I had those trees removed for a building project and then contacted Sam again and he said it was now viable to have a system installed. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. After the system was installed he called to have a conference and helped me set up my solar credits account, file my tax credit, and showed me how to monitor how much energy my system was producing. He was very helpful and made the process easy and stress free. 5/5
